Understand and manage local import policies, particularly the reduction and clearance of imported equipment and raw materials, ensuring compliance with exemption policies.
Provide necessary documentation and support for customs audits, facilitating the import/export process and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Reconcile accounts with freight forwarders, manage expense reimbursements, and ensure accurate tracking of costs.
Manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing, to ensure timely delivery and effective inventory management.
Analyze logistics processes to reduce costs and identify opportunities for improvements, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including import/export regulations and customs procedures.
In-depth knowledge of local import/export regulations and customs procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
