Tired of internships where you just make coffee and shred paper?
At The One Percent SG, you're in real client conversations from week one — pitching, negotiating, and closing deals alongside a team that works with names like SingTel Business, HPB and Epson. No fetch-and-carry. Just real skills, real responsibility, real results.
What you'll actually be doing:
Learning real B2B sales techniques — how to approach a client, handle objections, and seal the deal
Practicing negotiation and persuasion in live conversations, not just slides and theory
Sitting in on product trainings and skill-building sessions
Pitching ideas that could genuinely get used to grow the company
Building the kind of confidence that opens doors — in sales, business, or any client-facing career
What we're looking for:
Curious about how businesses actually function
Willing to learn and level up your people skills — even if you're still a work in progress
Open to feedback (we push you to grow, and that's the whole point)
Comfortable meeting new people, even if it's a little nerve-wracking at first
Reliable, and ready to put in the effort
No prior sales experience needed. What matters is your willingness to try, take feedback on board, and get better — a little every day.
That's our whole philosophy: small, consistent 1% improvements that add up to something big.
The details:
Duration: 3 months (Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) OR 6 months (Part-time, 4 days/week, or Full-time, 5 days/week)
Allowance: $800~$1000 + commissions
Open to: Self-sourced internship or credit-bearing internships
