Job Description

• Execute the daily operational logistics processes.
• Identify potential supply chain failures and mitigate associated risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders - internal and/or external to develop short term tactical improvements.
• Use the logistics system to drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain.
• Participate in functional process improvement team
• Enter data into ERP system to maintain up-to-date records.
• Create item master
• Create PR and PO
• Input RR into sharepoint promptly
• Process invoice for payment promptly
• Resolve any discrepancy on incoming shipment with supplier promptly
• Ensure departmental procedures and documentation are compliance with ISO and SOX requirements
