Property Management | Full-Set Accounts

We are looking for a sharp and dependable Accounts Executive who can confidently handle full-set accounts for JMB-managed properties. If you understand service charges, sinking funds and financial reporting—and can turn complex figures into clear financial insights—we want you on our team!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of full-set accounts for JMB-managed properties.
• Prepare timely monthly management accounts, cash-flow reports and financial analysis.
• Manage billing and collection of service charges, sinking funds, utilities and other charges.
• Monitor arrears and work closely with the property team to improve collection performance.
• Handle payments, invoices, official receipts, debit notes and credit notes.
• Perform bank, debtor, creditor and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditure against approved allocations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for sinking funds and fixed assets.
• Present clear financial reports for JMB committee meetings, AGMs and management reviews.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, committee members and relevant authorities.
• Support annual audits and ensure proper statutory and financial compliance.
• Maintain complete, accurate and audit-ready financial documentation.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven experience handling full-set accounts for JMB, MC or property management.
• Strong understanding of service charge, sinking fund and arrears management.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, analytical and confident in meeting strict reporting deadlines.
• Able to work independently and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
