Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process such as sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interview sessions with hiring managers;
• Assist with the preparation of employee onboarding;
• Send documents and uniforms via courier to the branches;
• Prepare letters and assist in filling the documents;
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events;
• Assist in training arrangements;
• Assist in the payroll process;
• Support the Human Capital Department in its daily operations and administrative matters as and when necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Internship positions for a duration of 5 - 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work in Damansara Intan, PJ.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
