Anbot Outdoors Hiring! Full Time Event Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

1. Event Planning & Strategy

- Assist in developing and proposing at least 1-2 event plans or concepts per month.

2. Event Coordination & Execution

- Attend and assist in scheduled events

- Lead and execute assigned events (retail, roadshow, outdoor or collab).

- Ensure zero major operational errors during event execution.

3. Vendor & Partner Management

- Assist the team leader in securing and managing at least 3 reliable vendors, partners or sponsor for every project.

4. Budgeting & Reporting

- Assists the team leader with information on preparing and submitting event budgets and closing reports within 3 working days after each event.

5. Rental Operations Management

- Oversee camping equipment rental operations, including client communication, scheduling and coordination with the logistics team.

- Prepare monthly rental summary reports for management

6. Team Supervision

- Supervise intern or part-time crews

7. Marketing Collaboration & Brand Activation

- Work with the marketing team for event or rental-related content posts per event.

- Support promotional campaigns

8. Stock & Logistics Coordination

- Assist on Conduct 100% stock checks before and after each event/rental.

- Coordinate timely returns and replacements with the inventory team.

9. Customer Engagement & Feedback

- Assist in collecting feedback from at least 80% of customers during major events or rentals.

- Respond to all customer issues within 48 hours.

Qualification :

- Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

- Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.

- Experience in assisting with logistics, customer coordination, or basic stock handling is an advantage

- Interest in outdoor lifestyle, camping, or recreational gear is a bonus

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
