Job Descriptions:

• Manage and execute Building Management System (BMS) projects from planning through final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare, review, and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
• Perform system configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.
• Configure HVAC PLC systems, perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization during project implementation.
• Integrate controllers, sensors, field devices, and communication networks.
• Monitor project progress, site activities, quality, and safety compliance.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and client training during project handover.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience in BMS or Building Automation project execution.
• Extensive experience in design shop drawings, system configuration, DDC termination diagram.
• Able to communicate with client, contractor and consultant to obtain information on site conditions.
• Able to monitor the site progress of installation work and T&C of project phase.
• Good knowledge in HVAC control sequencing PLC logic programming.
• Extensive experience in deploying, optimizing, and efficiency software.
• Good Knowledge in Tridium Niagara software, JC Metasys software.
• Knowledge in field I/O devices and automation GUI tools.
