TT Jaya Timber Flooring Specialist Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor (QS) Intern to join our team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration within the timber flooring and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), quotations, and cost estimates.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
• Prepare material costing and price comparisons.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, payment certificates, and variation orders (VO).
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for quotations and project coordination.
• Maintain project documentation and cost records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the QS Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
