Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Advertise job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
2. Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and personal files.
- Update HR databases and employee information.
- Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, resignation, termination, etc.).
- Ensure all employee documents are properly filed and confidential.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance, lateness, absenteeism, and overtime.
- Manage annual leave, medical leave, unpaid leave, and other leave applications.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
4. Payroll Administration
- Prepare payroll data and verify attendance records.
- Ensure accurate salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the Finance Department or payroll provider.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB requirements.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee enquiries and HR-related issues.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct exit interviews and resignation processes.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate employee probation and confirmation processes.
- Assist in annual performance appraisals.
- Monitor employee performance improvement plans (PIP).
- Support employee development initiatives.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs with department heads.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Assist with HRD Corp claim documentation where applicable.
8. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other labour regulations.
- Update HR policies and procedures when required.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
9. HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including:
- Headcount
- Staff turnover
- Recruitment status
- Leave and attendance
- Training records
- Disciplinary cases
10. General HR Duties
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Handle staff welfare and benefits administration.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
