Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse teams, and help drive efficiency across our distribution processes.

What You'll Do

 Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.

 Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

 Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.

 Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.

 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

 Assist in improving warehouse processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

 Track KPIs and help achieve service, quality, and delivery goals.

What We're Looking For

 2–5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.

 Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

 Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems SAP systems (WMS & ERP is an advantage).

 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
