Education:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

• No working experience required.
• Internship or academic project experience in IT support or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT to the end user
• Assist with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
• Support network and printer maintenance
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Assist with system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
• Support ongoing IT projects and perform other assigned IT-related tasks

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and able to work independently and as part of a team
