The IT & Digitalization Junior Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives by bridging operational requirements with practical IT and automation solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of both business operations and IT infrastructure, with the ability to work closely with departments to improve workflows, implement automation, enhance system integration, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

The role is not purely technical — the successful candidate must possess a strong commercial and operational mindset, capable of understanding how departments function and translating operational needs into effective digital solutions aligned with company goals
