Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office & Google Workspace).

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist customers with app-related enquiries and order issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, riders and internal teams to resolve operational matters.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
