We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are excited about building a career in TikTok live commerce. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have previous livestream experience, if you are confident, eager to learn, and motivated by achieving sales targets, we would love to have you join our team.

Responsibilities

• Host daily TikTok live streaming sessions to promote and sell products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage scenarios.
• Engage with viewers through interactive communication and Q&A.
• Drive sales conversions by recommending suitable products and promotions.
• Maintain a lively, energetic, and professional on-camera presence.
• Participate in campaign launches, promotional events, and seasonal sales.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Live Support teams to optimize live performance.
• Achieve assigned sales and engagement KPIs.

We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Passionate about live commerce, e-commerce, and consumer products.
• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and sales techniques.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to handle live interactions and solve customer questions confidently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Prior experience in TikTok Live, livestream selling, retail, customer service, or hosting is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok trends and social media is preferred.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
