TT Consultancy Hiring! Full Time HR Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Handle daily HR administrative duties, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee contracts, Offer Letters, HR documentation, and filing systems to ensure all records are complete, accurate, and well-organized.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview arrangements, and recruitment progress follow-ups.
• Support employee engagement initiatives by regularly checking on employees’ well-being and enhancing team bonding and satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal employee benefits and welfare arrangements, such as pantry supplies, birthday benefits, and team activities.
• Assist in managing HR matters for the TikTok entertainment live streaming team, including host, operations, and related personnel management.
• Support attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll-related information preparation, and other HR-related tasks.
• Maintain positive employee relations by assisting with employee concerns, daily inquiries, and internal communication coordination.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
