Jobs Responsibilities :

• Support HR activities including recruitment, payroll and training and development.
• Assist in the end to end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview arrangements and the preparation of onboarding documents.
• Support payroll and HR administration by checking attendance and leave information, preparing payroll-related documentation and ensuring accurate HR data.
• Assist in training coordination and other HR initiatives.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Jobs Requirements :

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented, organized, proactive and willing to learn.
• Eligible only for Malaysian students and able to commit to a minimum internship period of 12 weeks.
• Able to work in Plaza IBM ,Bandar Utama Petaling Jaya (close to Bandar Utama MRT station).
• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
