TSF are seeking a passionate and driven Culinary Intern to join our back-of-house team. This hands-on role is designed for culinary school students or recent graduates looking to transition their academic knowledge into a high-volume, professional kitchen environment. You will work across different stations—including prep, (cold kitchen), and hot lines—learning standard operating procedures, speed, precision, and the discipline required to run a successful kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, peeling, and measuring.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Assist with plating and presentation of dishes according to company standards.

• Help with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries.

• Support the kitchen team during service hours.

• Learn and apply various cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or F&B Manager.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related program.

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to take initiative.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when required.

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.

• Allowance RM 800 - RM 1,000.00

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
