We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Protege AOC (Application Operations Center) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about customer support, technical troubleshooting, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues remotely while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams for further investigation.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and follow up on reported issues until resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.
• Document customer interactions, maintain support logs, and prepare basic operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, or technical troubleshooting is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to be based at Puchong Headquarters.
