Role Description The Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Serendah, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This role includes coordinating and assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and addressing operational issues as they arise. The Supervisor will enforce safety procedures, maintain documentation and reports, and support continuous improvement efforts on the work floor. The position also involves collaborating with management, providing feedback on workforce needs, and mentoring team members to improve performance and productivity.
Qualifications

• Ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide clear guidance and support.
• Strong organizational skills, including planning daily operations, monitoring workflows, and maintaining accurate records.
• Competence in enforcing safety standards and compliance with relevant workplace policies and procedures.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within an industrial, manufacturing, or operations environment is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting, scheduling, and documentation tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Serendah, including flexibility to adapt to production schedules and operational demands.
• Relevant vocational or technical qualification, or equivalent experience, in operations, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.
