Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Kajang. The Writer will develop clear, engaging written content for product descriptions, marketing campaigns, social media posts, and in-store materials that reflect SK’s brand voice and values. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics related to modest fashion and prayer outfits, drafting and revising copy, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and ensuring all content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves adapting content for different platforms and audiences, meeting deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to support promotional activities and brand storytelling.
Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and error-free content in en_US.
• Experience in content creation for marketing or retail brands, including product copy, social media, and campaign materials.
• Ability to conduct basic research and translate findings into accessible, customer-focused content.
• Good understanding of brand voice and storytelling, with sensitivity to faith-based and culturally diverse audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Kajang and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and retail operations.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Communications, Linguistics, Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
