Operation Manager (F&B) – Job Scope

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs and service standards.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Manage outlet managers and supervise outlet staff performance.
• Control operational costs, manpower, and inventory.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with Head Office on operational matters and business initiatives

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Age: 40–50 years old.​
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the F&B industry, with hands-on experience overseeing more than six (6) outlets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to business and operational requirements.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
