• Assist in monitoring monthly hotel performance, including food cost, to ensure it remains within the acceptable range.
• Support the sourcing of materials, goods, products, and services.
• Assist in obtaining quotations and comparing prices from suppliers.
• Help conduct basic market research on suppliers, products, and pricing.
• Assist with inventory checks and report low stock or faulty items to the supervisor.
• Update and maintain records of orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers or delivery teams to follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
• Support communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments when needed.
• Ensure purchased items are properly received, recorded, and delivered to the correct location.
• Carry out other purchasing-related tasks assigned by the superior or HOD.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
