Job Scope

• The candidate will be assisting and provide support on recruitment, employee engagement and admin port folio.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening & interview coordination)
• Assist in employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, job ads)
• Maintain candidate and HR databases, trackers, and reports
• Support onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks
• Assist in employee engagement activities and company events

Requirements

• Students pursuing a degree in HR, Business or Psychology only
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and digital tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn
