Qualification:

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing proposals, tender submissions, project reports, and other business documentation.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining training documents, course materials, and programme content.
• Coordinate training schedules, participant registrations, and programme administration.
• Prepare reports and supporting documents for grant, funding, and claim submissions.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and preparation of employment-related documents.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters and maintaining employee records.
• Assist in issuing invoices, maintaining financial records, and performing monthly financial data entry.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and company schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support licensing, accreditation, and compliance applications by preparing the required documentation and monitoring application progress.
• Maintain proper filing, archiving, and document control for both physical and digital records.
• Monitor office supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and liaise with suppliers and service providers.
• Support sales and business development activities by preparing quotations, presentations, marketing materials, and business reports.
