Our client, a well-established health and organic lifestyle brand, is looking for an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to lead and support its HR operations in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong leadership capabilities and experience in strategic human resource management. You will play a key role in driving people development, strengthening company culture, overseeing HR operations, and supporting business growth through effective talent management initiatives.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (degrees in other fields will also be considered).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and people development.
- Positive, proactive, and people-oriented personality.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to liaise confidently with government agencies, consultants, training providers, and educational institutions.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English to effectively support business communication.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the company's HR strategies, policies, and workplace culture.
- Drive recruitment activities, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet business objectives.
- Manage performance management initiatives, employee development programmes, and training activities.
- Coach and mentor employees while supporting managers on people-related matters.
- Conduct employee counselling sessions and promote effective communication across departments.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, trainers, colleges, universities, and other external stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Organise and support company events, internal activities, and employee engagement programmes.
- Oversee administrative functions related to the Human Resources department.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
