Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Dietician to provide professional nutrition counseling, develop personalized meal plans, and support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. The Dietician will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based nutritional care and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.
• Develop individualized meal plans based on patients' medical conditions, lifestyle, and health goals.
• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and education.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on healthy eating habits, weight management, and disease prevention.
• Provide dietary recommendations for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, kidney disease, and high cholesterol.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated with current nutrition research, guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in health talks, wellness programs, and community education initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for registration (preferred, depending on local regulations).
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or outpatient dietetics experience.
• Experience in weight management, chronic disease management, or primary healthcare.
• Ability to conduct nutrition workshops and health promotion activities.
