The Mission:
We transform complex logistics into simple tools that empower blue-collar workers.
Job Description:
Most tech jobs keep you behind a desk. At ODIN, we live where the real world happens. We are a high-growth startup backed by a regional logistics giant, and we’re looking for a Founding Team member who can configure an API in the morning and lead a warehouse "Go-Live" in the afternoon.
If you want to be a small cog in a big MNC, this isn't for you. If you want to own the playbook for a Pre-IPO tech entity scaling across ASEAN, keep reading.
Your Mission (Responsibilities)
- Project Management
- Lead the charge in getting new clients up and running. You’ll create implementation plans, manage timelines, and make sure everything is delivered on-time
- Oversee end-to-end deployment, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.
- You own the timeline, the risk registry, and the "Go-Live" celebration.
- Implementation & Deployment - Own the "Go-Live"
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of ODIN for new clients. You are the project manager, the trainer, and the tech wizard all in one.
- Configure the Ecosystem It’s not just software. You will set up the system parameters, workflows , SKUs, inventory as well as physical hardware (Handhelds, Scanners, RFID printers) and ensure they talk to our system seamlessly.
- Empower the Frontline
- Conduct high-touch training sessions. You will be the face of ODIN for warehouse staff who may be using digital tools for the first time.
- You are the glue between the Warehouse Floor (Operations) and the Cloud (Tech/Product). You translate "Tech Speak" (APIs, JSON) into "Warehouse Speak" (Pick Lists, Scanners) to ensure everyone from the C-Suite to the temporary packer is aligned.
- Creation and maintenance of Implementation Playbooks
- Support & Continuous improvement
- Feedback Loop. You are the eyes and ears of the Product & Engineering Team. If a feature confuses a user, you report it back so we can improve it.
- Troubleshoot with Ownership: When things break (and they will), you practice Collaborative Responsibility. You own the resolution first, and analyze the root cause later—No blame games—just execution.
- Suggest ways to improve the “Go-Live” experience, and work with the product engineering team to deploy those enhancements for future projects
What We Need (Qualifications):
- Attitude Over Aptitude
- A Degree in Engineering, IT, or Logistics is great, but we hire for Grit. If you are self-taught and can solve a complex workflow bottleneck under pressure, we want you.
- Tech literacy and a hunger for learning are key to success in this role.
- Tech Literacy
- Experience with system configuration, process mapping, and API integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and automation/warehouse technologies is a plus.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prior experience with Accounting/ERP softwares is a bonus, as you’ll help connect these systems to ODIN.
- Managing Change
- Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical users (e.g., customer service, tutoring, or training).
- Ability to navigate industrial relations and manage resistance to change on the warehouse floor
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Language Proficiency
- Must be able to train staff in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a bonus for interacting with supplier networks.

- Willingness to travel to client warehouses and work on-site during critical implementation phases.
- Key Competencies:
- Process thinking and technical troubleshooting
- Client-focused mindset with an ability to handle multiple priorities
- Adaptability and willingness to own your work
- A sense of responsibility and accountability for success

Why This Role is Different
As one of the first hires on the Implementation Team, you'll help define the playbook for ODIN’s expansion into Singapore, Thailand, and beyond. Your contributions will directly shape the company’s future, and you'll have the opportunity to influence our growth from the ground up.
This is not your average job. You'll deploy cutting-edge technologies like RFID systems, Android handhelds, and IoT automation, while also gaining hands-on experience with AI-powered tools that assist in both development and deployment. You’ll be part of a team that’s using the latest tech to make a real-world impact.
- Work with a Founder, Not a Manager
As part of the founding team, you’ll work directly with our founder. You’ll gain a front-row seat to strategic decision-making and be part of shaping ODIN's growth trajectory from the ground up. Your ideas will directly influence the company’s future.
You’ll get hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology, while learning directly from leaders in the industry. We believe in supporting you to accelerate your career. From day one, you’ll be trusted with real projects that matter, with all the guidance you need to succeed.
Why Join ODIN Now?
We are a new unit within an established regional logistics player, targeting massive growth across ASEAN by 2028. You are joining at the ground floor.
- Culture of Freedom & Ownership
At ODIN, we trust you to figure out the path to success. No micromanagement here—just full ownership and support from the team.
Technology shouldn't just be in the hands of the few. It should empower the many. Your work at ODIN will level the playing field, bringing cutting-edge tools to the frontlines of logistics, where they can truly make a difference. You'll be giving local businesses the tech they need to compete on a global scale—disrupting an outdated system and giving power to the people who need it most.
