Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs & Product Compliance Management

• Ensure products comply with local HS codes, import regulations, and international standards across categories such as Household, Medical, Appliances, F&B, and Cosmetics.
• Liaise with local country teams and third-party consultants for quotations, product approvals, and management of compliance certificates, licenses, and permits.
• Collaborate with the import team to resolve any issues during the importation process.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to product compliance.
• Monitor and report legislative changes, providing guidance to management on the impact of evolving regulations.
• Maintain and update regulatory files and databases, including reports, licenses, permits, and certificates for internal record keeping.
• Manage a tracking system for all compliance-related safety certificates, licenses, permits, and documentation.

• Attend project meetings to provide updates and address compliance-related issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in product compliance, product safety, or regulatory affairs.
• Good understanding of local regulations, Customs operations, and HS codes.
• Experience working with third-party agencies and within ISO or product compliance frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and apply insights for decision-making.
