Requirements:

• Undergraduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Business Management
• Preferred Stay In Rawang Area.
• Have a basic knowledge In Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Task:

• To key-in purchasing data (Purchase Order) into system.
• To check and verify the key-in data is as per ‘Request to Purchase’ form.
• To ensure all Purchase Order sends to suppliers by fax or email.
• To ensure that the suppliers had received the Purchase Order.
• To keep filing record for Purchase Order.
• To communicate with account department for advance payment, deposit and/or cash on delivery if required in ‘Request to Purchase’ form.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 per month
