About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide engineering and technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams. This is an office-based engineering role focused on technical troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination to ensure effective resolution of operational and technical issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support to dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders through remote communication and technical coordination.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical systems, automated equipment, and industrial solutions.
• Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, maintenance manuals, work instructions, and technical procedures.
• Manage and support Request for Information (RFI) processes by coordinating technical responses and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update technical knowledge databases to improve troubleshooting efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Operations teams to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements through proper document control, record keeping, and compliance with quality procedures.
• Review technical feedback from customers and dealers and contribute recommendations for product and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance engineering, project engineering, or a related engineering role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or automated systems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and engineering documentation.
