Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Requirement
sMinimum 5–8 years of relevant HR management experience
.Preferably from the construction, IT solutions (project-based), EPCC, or solar (project-based) industry
.Strong experience in handling the full spectrum of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, industrial relations, policy development, payroll oversight, and HR compliance
.Experience serving as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) by working closely with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives
.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support project-based businesses by ensuring manpower planning and resource allocation are aligned with project budgets and operational requirements, while maintaining optimal project resource costs
