Know your way around CapCut, Canva or other editing tools.

Have an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

Are creative, curious and full of ideas.

Can take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

Work well with people and enjoy collaborating.

Bonus Points If...

You already create content on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.

You have a portfolio (don't worry if it's just your personal projects!).

You know photography or videography.

You can make people laugh, learn or stop scrolling.

You have your own laptop.

You have a driving licence and don't mind joining us for occasional site visits. (optional)

Design simple and eye-catching graphics using Canva.

Capture behind-the-scenes moments, office culture and project installations.

Occasionally join site visits to create cool content from real projects.

Pitch your own ideas because we love fresh perspectives.
