BMI Roofing Systems Hiring! Full Time Project Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

To oversee and monitor projects secured under BMI, uphold BMI brand recognition as industry leader in providing peace of mind system solution. This role is to ensure projects undertaken by BMI is completed within scope, specification, budget, planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmark, managing appointed applicators and manage relationship with key stakeholders in the projects with highest safety awareness in mind.

• Provide overall management for roofing installation from commencement to completion of project.

• Supervise total installation effort to ensure project is completed in accordance with design, budget and schedule including interfacing with key stakeholders in the project including client, main contractor, sub-contractor, architect, consultant and supplier.

• Detailed review of proposal specification, drawings, kick-off information and contract.

• Review sub-contractor productivity and control of manpower.

• Provide technical assistance and recommending installation method according to the highest standard of BMI Group.

• Attend project site meeting to coordinate with key stakeholders in project value chain.

• Uphold Safety First, a non-tolerant attitude.

• Accept on fixed term contract (1 year duration)

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering

• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry.

• Proven success in supervising/managing sub-contractor/workers at job site.

• Fully understand BMI group branding and uphold brand integrity.

• Strong communication and stress management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Thorough understanding in construction site environment.

• Compelling to work under Key Performance Indicator environment consistently.

• Full compliance in construction site safety protocols.
