About the Internship

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team. This internship opportunity provides hands-on experience and exposure to a professional working environment within a university setting.

1. IT Intern (2 Vacancies)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing basic technical support to staff and students.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Assist with computer setup, software installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Support IT inventory management and documentation.
• Assist in IT projects and other tasks assigned by the IT Department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

2. Admin Intern (1 Vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
• Support document preparation, filing, and record management.
• Assist with data entry and updating of records.
• Support administrative activities, reports, and coordination tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay: Up to RM600.00 per month
