Key Responsibilities

• . You must possess YELLOW BOOK. Ensure all site activities comply with Safety and other relevant regulations.
• 2. Monitor and enforce safety rules, policies, and procedures among all workers and subcontractors.
• 3. Conduct daily site safety inspections and rectify unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
• 4. Identify potential hazards and carry out control measures to prevent accidents.
• 5. Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times.
• 6. Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meeting/talks, and inductions for new workers and subcontractors.
• 7. Educate workers on emergency procedures, safe work practices, and proper equipment handling.
• 8. Record and report all accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices to management and Safety and Health Officer (SHO).
• 9. Assist in investigating incidents, determining root causes, and carry out with corrective/preventive measures.
• 10. Maintain up-to-date safety records, permits, and statutory reports as required by authorities.
• 11. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly safety reports to the Safety and Health Officer (SHO).
• 12. Ensure that fire-fighting equipment, first aid kits, and emergency response plans are available and maintained.
• 13. Organize safety drills and coordinate emergency response during incidents.
• 14. Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities on safety matters.
• 15. Support the Safety & Health Officer (SHO) in implementing safety programs and audits.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good attitude and responsible characteristics.
• Preferably with Yellow Book from DOSH/JKKP.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
