Key Responsibilities1. Spa Operations

• Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the spa.
• Monitor appointment schedules and therapist allocation.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient treatment supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Handle daily operational issues promptly.

2. Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver excellent customer experiences at all times.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

3. Perform Spa Treatments

• Perform facial and body treatments according to Company SOPs.
• Maintain treatment quality and consistency.
• Recommend suitable treatment packages and products.
• Ensure proper consultation before every treatment.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.

4. Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Drive treatment package sales.
• Increase retail product sales.
• Monitor daily sales performance.
• Develop initiatives to improve revenue.
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments and products appropriately.

5. Team Leadership

• Supervise spa therapists.
• Conduct daily briefings.
• Monitor staff attendance and punctuality.
• Coach therapists to improve treatment quality and sales.
• Provide continuous feedback and performance monitoring.
• Recommend training and development plans.

6. Marketing & Content Support

• Participate in promotional campaigns.
• Appear in social media content when required.
• Support content creation for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Participate in educational videos and live sessions.
• Encourage therapists to participate in content creation.

7. Administration

• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor inventory and stock usage.
• Ensure customer records are updated accurately.
• Submit reports within deadlines.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements.

8. SOP & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure therapists comply with grooming standards.
• Ensure workplace safety at all times.
• Report operational issues immediately.

RequirementsEducation

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Management, Business Management, or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa or beauty operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

Skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
