Our Company is a manufacturer specializing in electrical and electronic control panels and wire harness assemblies. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor production efficiency and minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, and Sales departments.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Solve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise production operators and provide training when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of production or manufacturing experience (experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing is an advantage).
• Knowledge of electrical control panels, wire harness assembly, or electronic manufacturing is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
