Degree in Civil Engineering

To coordinate and execute the implementation of assigned projects in line with the approved Based Action Plan and budget. 

• To conduct site assessment for the finalization of detailed design of the assigned project to meet user requirements and regulatory requirements. 

• To coordinate and execute the construction of the assigned projects within stipulated contract period.

• To conduct/attend site meetings/inspections to ensure completion of rectification and outstanding works before expiry of the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and closure of Final Account 

Provide information and any other related documentation in responding to customer complaint with the relevant Department/Section 

Applying technical and professional knowledge in the execution of assigned projects to meet the user requirement and regulatory requirements 

To conduct the technical review of technical detailed design drawings, bill of quantities, specifications as well as to compile feedback from other technical and operations departments to ensure the completeness of the Tender and Contract Document 

To conduct/attend site visits and progress meetings to ensure the proper supervision and control of the projects for completion within the contract period. 

To monitor and control the construction cost to be within the approved budget and any variation not to exceed the 10% limitation from the original contract sum. 

To check all claims, variation orders, extension of time and other contractual documentation for the proper execution and administration of the contracts. 

To prepare letters, minutes of meetings/discussions, reports and any related documentations required for the execution and completion of the projects
