Assistant, Planning (Production Planning)

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting manufacturing operations? Join our Planning team and play an important role in ensuring production runs smoothly by preparing production documents, managing labels, and supporting production planning activities.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and print production documents according to the production schedule.
• Generate and maintain production labels, including MTS, HU, product, sequencing, and manufacturing labels.
• Ensure all production documents and labels are accurate and ready before production begins.
• Support SAP transactions and administrative activities related to production planning.
• Assist in resolving document discrepancies and urgent production requests.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Planning team.
• Perform other planning-related administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
