JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and prepare the material needs based on customer demand.
• Plan and prepare the production daily schedule based on customer delivery date.
• Liaise with other departments to support on production planning activity to meet monthly target.
• Analyze production cost by preparing completed job sheet to Finance department.
• Monitor day to day production achievement, efficiency, wastage and utilization.
• Good in process capability study, analysis and implementation of continuous improvement.
• Ensure that materials are available to run operation in accordance to the production plan.
• Timely follow-up on the operation status, output and delivery as required and report to superior.
• Implement improvement activities for cost reduction, etc.
• Familiar with QMS ISO:9001 standard requirement or other standards.
• Support others duties as requested and assigned by the immediate Superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or others related field.
• At least two (2) years working experience in related field.
• Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
• A team player with self-motivated, result orientated and possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
