Business Development Executive Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and company growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features to potential customers.
• Host TikTok Live sessions to promote products, engage with audiences, and increase brand awareness.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Job Requirements

• Outspoken, confident, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Able to host TikTok Live sessions and engage audiences effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or live hosting is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
