1. To monitor of daily site activities and report to Project Manager/Site Engineer progress of work

2. Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients or consultants.

3. Carrying out day to day site operation & site supervision.

4. Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.

5. To supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity of progress on site

6. To arrange a regular meetings with the workers or sub-contractor to match the targeted schedule and resolve site matters

7. Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.

8. Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.

9. Completing records for site reports.

10. Prepare daily report, time card worker & other report that required

11. Able to supervise the daily operations at construction site and ensure that the sub-contractors execute the works in compliance

12. Update manpower attendance, materials, quantity and machinery record at site

13. Problem solving occurring in the field of work

14. Assists in other tasks assigned as and when required

15. Can work outstation

16. Specializing in Engineering/Civil/Structural or equivalent

17. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

18. At least 3-year experience in construction
