About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and hands-on IT Assistant (Part-Time) to support our office relocation exercise. This is a short-term opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing technical support and assisting with IT equipment setup in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and installation of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment during the office relocation.
• Support the disconnection, packing, transportation, and reconnection of IT devices.
• Ensure workstations are properly configured and ready for use.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist users with workstation setup and basic IT enquiries.
• Label and organize IT equipment to ensure smooth relocation and deployment.
• Coordinate with the internal IT team to ensure relocation activities are completed efficiently.
• Perform other ad-hoc IT support duties as assigned throughout the relocation exercise.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, and network connectivity.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Willing to assist with moving and setting up IT equipment.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Previous IT support experience is an added advantage but not required.

Pay: RM12.00 - RM15.00 per hour
