Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily finance and accounting operations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Help prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and basic financial documents
• Assist in data entry, reconciliation, and updating financial records
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting tasks
• Assist in expense tracking and cost control analysis
• Help ensure proper documentation and filing of finance records
• Support audit preparation and ad-hoc finance-related tasks

Learning Exposure:

• Basic accounting and finance operations
• Financial reporting and documentation standards
• Practical use of accounting systems and Excel
• Exposure to budgeting, cost tracking, and audit processes
