Company Description Equipwell Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based company operating in Seri Kembangan, focusing on manufacturing Filter Press machine since 1993. Our products are sold worldwide. We provide installation and aftersales service for the Filter Press machine. We emphasize quality, safety, and efficiency in our operations, aiming to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. 

Role Description

• oversees daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
• interpret specification and drawings, assigning tasks, monitoring work progress, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with other departments on materials, maintenance, and logistics for each job.
• responsible for maintaining accurate production records, implementing process improvements, and reinforcing compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
• Regular communication with team members and management is required to report performance, address challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, motivate, and develop production team members.
• Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to optimize workflow and meet output targets.
• Candidates should possess Production Management capabilities to oversee operations, quality, and resource utilization.
• Candidates should able to read engineering drawings and symbols.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions to staff.
• Relevant experience in a steel fabrication, manufacturing or industrial production environment is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and basic troubleshooting of production issues is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, and use basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
• SPM, diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
