Position: Account Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our healthcare team. This role will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial activities across our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities
Account Executive

• Manage daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, payments and financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure financial records are updated accurately.
• Assist in managing full set of accounts including General Ledger, Trial Balance and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit purposes.
• Manage and monitor financial transactions related to clinic operations, including patient collections, panel claims and third-party payments.
• Monitor expenses related to medical supplies, medication purchases, consumables and clinic operational costs.
• Ensure financial transactions for each branch/clinic are properly recorded and updated.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or clinic operations will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software(SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
