Job Responsibilities:

• To manage the cost involved in building and construction projects from the inception of the project until the delivery.
• To strive for an efficient use of the resources whilst keeping an eye on quality, quality standards, and client's requirements.
• To prepare and perform tendering, costing, estimation, quotation evaluation and analysis.
• To carry out monitoring and preparation of project progress claims, variation order and omission work with contractors/suppliers.
• To work together with Purchasing department for planning and execution of procurement activities including sub-contract.
• To ensure the claim date are up to date and comprehensive.
• To review contract drawings and documents & to highlight any deviation from tender.
• To administer and coordinate site orders of materials with procurement where necessary.
• To prepare contracts and documents.
• To analyse the costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
• To handle any other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field. (Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply too)
• Good organization and planning skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, cost estimating software).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated, aggressive, and good discipline.
• Ability to manage project cost, handle contract, administration works and regulate good contract documentation.

Job Type: Full-time
