We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Junior IT Executive to support daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment
• Monitor system performance and report issues
• Assist in system updates, backups, and maintenance
• Support users with IT-related inquiries and problems
• Maintain proper documentation of IT activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in IT support or related field
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software and networking
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
