1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in posting job ads on online platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Support onboarding processes (pre-employment documents, orientation, etc.)

2. HR Operations & Admin

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related documents (contracts, memos, letters)
• Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and timesheets

3. Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of employee activities and events
• Assist in employee communication initiatives (newsletters, surveys)

4. Training & Development

• Help organize training sessions and track attendance
• Assist in preparing training materials and follow-up evaluations

5. Other HR Support

• Participate in HR projects as assigned
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain HR filing systems
