We are looking for a warm, caring, and professional Customer Service Executive to join our UKIYO confinement centre. You will be the first point of contact for new mothers and their families, ensuring every client receives compassionate, attentive, and efficient service throughout their stay.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Assist in the admission, registration, and discharge process for mothers and newborns
• Coordinate with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
• Prepare daily reports and assist with billing and invoicing when required
• Support marketing activities including social media responses and promotional events

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience; experience in healthcare or hospitality is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
